This Booking secures your seat for 1 hour and 45 minute crafting session.
You have the choice of one of the following: Pottery painting, Canvas Painting or Dedoden crafting.
Your deposit covers your paints, glaze, kiln firing, decoden whipped cream, charms and all necessary equipment for your chosen craft.
On the day you will decide what you would like to paint/ decorate.
Our staff will be on hand to advise and help get you set up.
Each session is 1 hour 45 minutes which should be plenty of time. But if you do need an little extra time we will try our best to accommodate you ie check if we have a booking after you / help you move downstairs to our coffee shop area where you can carry on crafting.
We have 3 tables in the craft room,. We will always sit groups together. If there are a few smaller groups you may have to share a table if the craft room is at full capacity.
Please note the craft room is on the 2nd floor only accessible via stairs.
Cancellation Policy:
Craft sessions must be booked in advance if possible. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Please check your booking details carefully, including the date. time and number of people attending before completing your booking.
Each booking is for the number of people stated at the time of booking. If you would like to add additional people, please contact us in advance . Additional places are subject to availability.
Arriving for your session:
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time so that you can get your drinks and snacks ( if required) and get settled and ready to begin.
If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may still need to finish at the original scheduled time. Unfortunatley we cannot guarantee that the full session time can be extended.
Cancelling or changing your booking:
We understand that plans can change. if you need to cancel or change your booking please contact us as soon as possible.
More than 7 days before your session: you may cancel for a full refund or request to move your booking to another available session:
Between 3-7 days before your session: we offer a transfer to another available date or a credit at our discretion.
Less than 3 days before your session: bookings are generally non refundable and cannot be transferred, as we may already have purchased materials and prepared your place.
If you are unable to attend , you are welcome to arrange for another person to take your place provided you let us know in advance.
Cancellations by Us:
Occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforseen circumstances
If we need to cancel your session we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of another date or a refund.
