Service Description
Join us for a delightful craft session while enjoying a coffee and a cake. Engage in creative activities that are fun and refreshing. This booking secures your seat for a 1 Hour 45 minute session of either Pottery Painting, Canvas Painting or Decoden Crafting. The deposit also covers your paints, glaze, kiln, firing, decoden whipped cream, charms and necessary equipment On the day you will decide what you would like to do. Our staff will be on hand to advise and help get you set up. If you need more time and there is a free session after you you are more than welcome to stay. If not you can move downstairs to our coffee shop. we have 3 large separate tables within them craft room, so will always sit groups together. If there are a few smaller groups you may have to share a table if the craft room is at full capacity. Please note the craft room is on the 2nd floor only accessible via stairs.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking Your Craft Session All craft sessions must be booked in advance. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received. Please check your booking details carefully, including the date, time, number of people attending and any options selected, before completing your booking. Each booking is for the number of people stated at the time of booking. If you would like to add additional people, please contact us in advance. Additional places are subject to availability. Arriving for Your Session Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time so that you can get settled and ready to begin. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may still need to finish at the original scheduled time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the full session time can be extended. Cancelling or Changing Your Booking We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. More than [7 days] before your session: You may cancel for a full refund or request to move your booking to another available session. Between [3–7 days] before your session: We may offer a transfer to another available date or a credit, at our discretion. Less than [3 days] before your session: Bookings are generally non-refundable and cannot be transferred, as we may already have purchased materials and prepared your place. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to arrange for another person to take your place, provided you let us know in advance. Cancellations by Us Occasionally, we may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. If we need to cancel your session, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of:
